Role : Veeva Techno functional BA
Fulltime role (Only USC/GC/GC-EAD/H4 EAD will work)
Locations : Hartford, CT and Bridgewater, NJ (Onsite role)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 5 years of Information Technology experience.
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor any visa at this time.
- 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical R&D
- Good command on Life Science R&D Domain Business Functions.
Must have one of the following
- Experience in Veeva Vault configuration
- Perform Veeva Vault user access management:
- Verify training status
- Add/remove users from vault
- Assign security profiles, license types, groups
- Communicate to users the status of requests.
- Create/Maintain Work Instructions
- Create/Manage Veeva Vault QMS change controls
- Perform Veeva Vault configuration changes for enhancements and elective release functionality
- Veeva Certification and configuration experience in at least one of eTMF, CTMS, PromoMats, MedComms, RIM
- Veeva Vault environment management
- Refresh vaults as needed.
- Create new vaults as needed.
- Monitor age and size of vaults and communicate impending size and age limits.
